Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing many sports and I was pretty good at playing most of them. I had the skills and the girls but there was one thing missing, the muscles. I had the six pack, thanks to my genetics and active lifestyle but I was skinny and I wanted to be big, ripped and muscular. I remember seeing members of CGB and saying to myself, thats how I want to look. Society doesn't understand how difficult and challenging it can be for a skinny guy to gain lean muscle mass. I learned from my CGB mentors how to make the gains by training with intensity four to five days per week in the gym, isolating each muscle group. Patience and hardwork does pay off, I'm finally happy with the body I'm in and I'm now using these muscles to save lives every day on my day job as an EMS for the FDNY on the streets of New York City. You can be whatever you want to be in life if you're willing to work for it.
