I am so grateful to have been able to change so many lives in and out of the gym. I started working out to free my mind and to gain some muscles, but God gave me so much more. My body went from the skinny kid to being a championship bodybuilder. After winning several bodybuilding titles, I became a personal trainer to help others who was struggling with the challenge of changing their bodies. Shortly after, my life would be changed forever with the creation of City Gym Boys. Words cannot begin to explain how City Gym Boys has influenced my being. I am the leader of the most amazing team of guys. These young men are role models, who continues to lead by example. I feel truly blessed to have been chosen to create such a positive organization that has been shaping minds and bodies for over ten years. Believe you can and you will!
